Comprehensive Development Plans

Development Master Plan  
 

After several months of block-level concepts, workshops and meetings with stakeholders and schematic plans for new streets, stormwater infrastructure and parks, the project has been organized into a series of seven development blocks.  Each block represents varying degrees of progress among the stakeholders in terms of implementing a development project.  Discussions are currently underway about project financing and schematic and final design.

Development Master Plan  
 

This schematic plan represents our current understanding of stakeholder needs based on group and individual conversations.  The overall approach will be based upon the newly adopted Fairview Station Area Plan which calls for new roads, parks and higher density development.  This first phase of work entailed planning for the entire site and was not constrained by ownership boundaries.

The next step will be to work directly with property owners and potential users on a block-by-block basis to address issues of parking, market feasibility, financing, costing, etc.

Development Master Plan  
  This massing model shows the maximum build-out allowed for redevelopment in the NW corner of the Fairview Station Area. Density assumptions were taken from the Fairview Station Area Plan, a city-adopted planning document that is a part of the Central Corridor Redevelopment Strategy.

The plans posted here are used solely for the purposes of supporting discussions and do not represent a formal development application on behalf of one or more property owners.
